Designing and Creating Time – Please allow approximately 3-4 weeks for me to create your unique piece of art.

Color and Design Satisfaction – Each artwork created by Crafts by Wendy is a unique creation, hand painted with care. I would like to match the colors of your creation to your satisfaction. The only way to guarantee an very close color match is by sending me a sample or color swatch from the décor of the room so that I can customize your item to match the sample. You may send me a picture via email or mail, however, this will not guarantee an very close color match.

Returns and Exchanges – If you are not satisfied with your product, then it may be returned or exchanged. Simply contact us or complete a customer service form with 15 days of the shipment date.

Shipping and Handling – Please refer to the chart below for shipping information.  All items will be shipped standard.  Please let me know if you would like to change the shipping method.  Charges will apply to these changes.
